How does it work?
Donna gives answers to a large set of predefined FAQs that employees tend to ask, repeatedly. As you register on https://app.donnahr.com/ and add Donna to your Slack workspace, you will gain access to a special dashboard where you can provide suitable answers to the questions you choose. After teaching Donna all the right answers, she will onboard all of your employees on Slack and they can interact with her anywhere and anytime.
What is included in the platform?
Basically, your free registration grants you a large number of predefined FAQs, an easy-to-use Dashboard where you can choose questions and give proper answers (you can even attach documents in the answers), Roles management feature where you can define the roles of certain people in your company so Donna would know for example who is the HR manager, CEO, etc. Here the platform comes with a Single language support (English) and a Slack integration. On the other hand, we have an Enterprise plan where you get all of the above plus you can add your own custom questions, get the Employee onboarding feature, Multi-channel and HRIS integration, Multi-language support, Real-time analytics and 24/7 support!
What if Donna doesn't know the answer to a question?
In this case, we have ready-made answers that Donna will give for each of the predefined questions that you didn’t choose to answer (you can see these answers before you type your own). So, for example, if an employee asks Hey Donna, where is the coffee machine? and if Donna can’t find a suitable answer, she will reply that she does not have that information, yet.

With which communication platforms can Donna integrate?
If you register for free, thus choosing the Startup plan, you will be able to connect Donna to your Slack workplace. However, if you and your team are using some other communication channel, you can get in touch with us and schedule a call where we’ll discuss that custom feature!
How long does it take to set up Donna?
1, 2, 3 and you are done! Really. The registration part is easy and familiar, the Dashboard is simple and intuitive, and as you finish giving answers to all your chosen questions, you are ready to chat with Donna and let her free up some of your valuable time!
